DCS(Distributed Control System) : 분산제어 시스템

SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) : 감시 제어 및 데이터 취득

HMI(Human Machine Interface) & MMI(Man Machine Interface)

  - 산업현장의 여러가지 장치(Device)들을 중앙의 컴퓨터에서 감시하고 제어하기 위해 사용함.

     Monitoring & Control이 주된 목적이라 할 수 있으며, 데이터 분석 기록 저장 기능과 SMS문자서비스, 

     통신 Network나 Web Server를 이용하여 언제 어느 곳에서나 감시 제어가 가능하고, 엔지니어들이

     현장  Process에 맞게 그래픽 작화, 어드레스 Mapping등을 할 수 있도록 구성된 Package소프트웨어를 말한다.

 

PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) : 프로그램이 가능한 Logic 컨트롤러, 주로 제어를 담당

DDC(Direct Digital Control) : 디지털컴퓨터를 제어계에 직접 결합시켜 제어하는 방식 - BAS적용

Indicator Controller : Display와 제어기능(H/L Alarm, 통신…)이 있는 계기

 

Instruments : 여러가지 기구 기계장치 (Motor, Pump, Valve, Sensor(Temp, Pressure, Flow, Level..)

MES(Manufacturing Execution System) : 제조공정 관리 시스템

POS(Process Operator Station) : 중앙감시반의 운전자용 Computer

PES(Process Engineer Station) : 중앙감시반의 엔지니어용 Computer

RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) : 원격제어반

RCU(Remote Control Unit) : 원격제어반
